LimostarNY provides pre-arranged chauffeured transportation services.

Services may be booked through the website by selecting a pick-up location and destination. Pricing may be calculated based on distance, route, or the duration of the service. During the booking process, users may select from available vehicle options.

When requesting a service, users must provide accurate pick-up and destination details. LimostarNY will assign a driver based on availability, location, and service requirements.

Once a booking is confirmed, the user authorizes LimostarNY to communicate with the assigned driver as necessary to ensure proper service delivery, including trip monitoring, route assistance, operational adjustments, safety-related actions, or any other reasonable purpose.

Users may request services on behalf of third parties. In such cases, the user must provide the passenger’s details, including pick-up location, date, and time, and consents to LimostarNY sending notifications and updates related to the service until completion.

If any issue or complaint arises regarding the service or the driver, the user must contact LimostarNY through the designated support channels. LimostarNY will review and address such matters in a timely manner. Users agree to provide all relevant information required for an appropriate resolution.

LimostarNY services are not intended for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, users should contact appropriate emergency services. LimostarNY does not provide emergency medical transportation.

Users acknowledge that certain circumstances beyond LimostarNY’s control may occur, including delays, routing issues, accidents, or communication failures. As such, services are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, and users accept the inherent risks associated with transportation services.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. LimostarNY reserves the right to cancel or terminate a service if passenger behavior poses a risk to the safety of the driver, the vehicle, other passengers, or involves abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

Users acknowledge that services offered through LimostarNY are provided by independent third-party affiliates. Drivers are not employees of LimostarNY but operate as independent contractors or partners.

LimostarNY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any service and to modify, suspend, or discontinue the availability of its services at any time.

4. PAYMENTS

Users may book services through the LimostarNY website using a valid credit or debit card via integrated third-party payment processors, such as Stripe.

Service pricing is determined based on the selected service type (point-to-point or hourly) and the chosen vehicle category. The total amount will be clearly displayed during the booking process prior to confirmation.

By completing a reservation, the user authorizes LimostarNY to charge the selected payment method for the total service amount between ten (10) and one (1) day prior to the scheduled service date and time. The charge will be processed as a single transaction within this timeframe to ensure proper payment validation.

Once the payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation and electronic receipt will be sent to the user’s email address with the details of the transaction and the scheduled service.

If additional services are requested after the initial booking, the user authorizes LimostarNY to charge those additional amounts using the payment method on file.

If the user identifies any billing discrepancies, they should contact LimostarNY through the available support channels or may raise the issue directly with the corresponding payment provider.

If a payment method is declined, the user will be notified and no charge will be processed. In such cases, the reservation may be automatically canceled. Payment failures may occur for various reasons, including insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, or verification issues with the issuing institution.

Users must provide a valid payment method to complete a booking. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the requested service.

By submitting payment details and completing a reservation, the user expressly consents to the charges described in this section, including any additional services requested after the initial booking.

Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers. LimostarNY does not directly store sensitive financial data and reserves the right to use any reliable payment processing platform to facilitate transactions, which will handle such data solely for the purpose of completing the service.

5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Your access to and use of the website and its content is at your own risk. By using the platform, you acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided are your sole responsibility.
