If your payment method cannot be processed—due to insufficient funds or any other reason—you can easily complete the outstanding balance from within the app.

Go to the Payment section and open Unpaid Journeys to view and settle the amount due.

You can also start a new booking. Before confirming, you’ll receive a prompt with instructions to complete the pending payment.
