What’s the process for adding a gratuity?

After completing your ride, you’ll have the option to rate your experience. If you choose to leave a five-star rating, you can also recognize your chauffeur with a gratuity directly from the app. This can be done immediately after the trip or later through your ride history.

 
Does the chauffeur receive the full gratuity?

Yes. The full amount goes directly to your chauffeur, without deductions.

Will gratuity appear on my receipt?

Yes. Your receipt will reflect the total amount paid, including any gratuity added.
