What if my flight cannot be found?

Flight tracking covers most commercial flights.

If your flight is not listed, you can provide the airport, terminal, and pickup time during booking. You may also include your flight details in the comments so your chauffeur can follow it manually.

Can my chauffeur meet me in Arrivals?

Yes. You can request a meet-and-greet service during booking and specify the name to be displayed on the sign.

If not selected, your chauffeur will contact you upon arrival to coordinate the meeting point.

How long will my chauffeur wait?
