CANCELLATION POLICY

At LimostarNY, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to booking cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

 

1. USER CANCELLATIONS

  • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund
  • Between 24 and 12 hours: Partial charges may apply
  • Less than 12 hours: Non-refundable


2. NO-SHOW

If the passenger:

  • Fails to appear at the pickup location
  • Does not respond to contact attempts

 

Then:

  • The service is considered completed
  • No refund will be issued

 

3. WAIT TIME

A standard waiting time is included.

Exceeding this time may result in:

  • Additional charges
  • Service cancellation without refund

 

4. BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

5. LIMOSTARNY CANCELLATIONS

If LimostarNY cancels:

Rescheduling or full refund will be offered

 

6. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

 

7. FORCE MAJEURE

LimostarNY is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control.
